She earned her bachelor’s degree magna cum laude and as Valedictorian from Kent State University, followed by a juris doctorate from Case Western Reserve University. Her commitment to excellence is further evidenced by certifications in coaching, mediation, conflict resolution, facilitations, and executive leadership. A member of the Ohio Bar, she is also a Board-Certified Leadership & Executive Coach.

Outside the professional sphere, Deena is deeply invested in personal growth and wellness. She holds both 200-hour and 300-hour certifications in Yoga and Yoga Psychology, respectively. An avid yoga practitioner, nature enthusiast, reader, and lifelong learner, she finds joy in the simple pleasures of life.
